- Communicating treatment recommendations clearly, including the proposed plan and required next steps
- Discussing treatment costs, payment methods and available financing options with patients
- Supporting patients with payment arrangements and, where applicable, early release of superannuation options
- Responding to patient enquiries and providing reassurance when concerns or questions arise

- Tracking treatment acceptance rates and reviewing individual performance against agreed outcomes
- This role extends well beyond administration. Treatment Coordinators are an integral part of delivering an outstanding patient experience while also contributing directly to the continued growth and success of the practice.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and people-focused professional who can:
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of patients and personality types
- Build genuine connections and create a sense of trust and comfort from the outset
- Have confident, respectful conversations about complex treatment options and significant financial commitments
- Bring a results-focused and commercially aware mindset to the role

- Present themselves professionally and communicate with confidence in a consultation setting
- Be open to feedback, coaching and continuous development in treatment coordination and communication
- Take responsibility for managing their patient pipeline and achieving positive outcomes
- Previous experience in treatment coordination, dentistry, healthcare, consultative sales or another high-value client-facing role will be considered highly beneficial
While dental experience is an advantage, it is not essential. We place equal value on strong communication, emotional intelligence, organisation, professionalism and the ability to build meaningful trust with patients.

- Earning potential of $45-55 per hour, combining a base rate with performance-based incentives
- A results-focused incentive program designed to recognise and reward performance
- Comprehensive onboarding and training across our treatment coordination processes and patient journey
- Ongoing training in communication, consultation and sales techniques
- Access to professional development opportunities and relevant external education
- Experience across a broad range of dentistry, including comprehensive, cosmetic, implant and surgical treatments
- Contemporary systems and technology designed to streamline patient communication and follow-up
- Guidance and support from an experienced clinical and leadership team
- A genuine pathway to becoming a highly skilled and successful Treatment Coordinator
We are committed to investing in our people and developing their capabilities. We’re looking for someone who is eager to become highly proficient in treatment coordination and make a meaningful impact, rather than simply completing the day-to-day requirements of the position.
