Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to deliver technology change across HUB24’s shared infrastructure and core platforms. This role combines project management and business analysis, working closely with infrastructure engineers, architects, Cyber, Platform teams, and business stakeholders.
You will lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives that enhance resilience, scalability, security, and operational effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives, from discovery through to implementation and handover
- Analyse stakeholder needs and document technical, operational, and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and technical discovery sessions to define current and target states
- Partner with engineers and architects to shape solution options, assess risks, dependencies, and feasibility
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across GTS, Cyber, Platform, Application teams, Vendors, and Operations
- Manage project governance, approvals, and compliance with SDLC and change management processes
- Ensure early engagement with Cyber and Risk teams and embed required controls into delivery plans
- Plan and oversee cutovers, migrations, DR testing, and decommissioning activities
- Support operational readiness including documentation, monitoring, and BAU handover
- Provide clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery practices
Requirements:
- 5–8 years’ experience in technology delivery roles combining project management and business analysis
- Strong experience delivering infrastructure or platform initiatives (cloud, networks, compute, storage, databases, tooling)
- Proven ability to document functional, non-functional, and operational requirements
- Solid project management capability including planning, RAID management, governance, and reporting
- Comfortable working with infrastructure engineers, architects, and cyber teams
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused
Desirable
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Exposure to cyber security, risk, and compliance requirements
- Background in infrastructure operations, SRE, or platform engineering
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and infrastructure tooling or automation
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, Agile, PM, cloud/infrastructure)
