Female Disability Support Worker Wanted – Community Access
Location: Inala, QLD Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 4 hours per day with additional hours available depending on participant needs
We are seeking a reliable, caring and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide community access support to a female NDIS participant in Inala and surrounding areas.
The role primarily involves community access, school drop-off and pick-up, transport and other community-based activities.
Working Hours
- Morning: Approximately 2 hours
- Afternoon: Approximately 2 hours
- Monday to Friday
- Some days may involve more than 4 hours, depending on the participant’s needs, appointments and community activities
Essential Requirements
- Female Disability Support Worker
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Ageing), Certificate III in Disability/Aged Care, or another relevant qualification
- Previous experience working in disability support or aged care
- Valid Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card – QLD)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Must be available for both morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday
