In this role, you'll:
- You will lead wayfinding design and customer information integration across a portfolio of rollout projects to deliver consistent customer outcomes.
- You will provide design leadership and expert advice on applying the TfNSW design system in complex operational and project environments.
- You will lead stakeholder coordination, project delivery and team performance to support transport, customer and community outcomes.

About you
- You have tertiary qualifications in a design discipline or equivalent experience in information, urban, industrial, graphic or architectural design.
- You’re recognised as a collaborative leader, skilled at influencing stakeholders and delivering practical design solutions.
- You bring experience in design program delivery and stakeholder engagement to achieve high quality customer and operational outcomes.
Location
This role must be based from the advertised location with hybrid working arrangements.
