Academy and Residency Operations Coordinator
Clerk Grade 7/8
Temporary, Full time, up to 4 years
Behind every successful Academy program, and overnight stay at Powerhouse is someone making sure every detail comes together seamlessly. As the Academy & Residency Operations Coordinator, you will be at the centre of a dynamic, people-focused operation. No two days are the same. One moment you'll be coordinating room readiness and working alongside housekeeping and food and beverage teams, the next you will be supporting teachers, collaborating with senior leaders, resolving operational challenges or stepping in to lead the frontline team during busy periods.
This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, building strong relationships and finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment. You'll thrive if you're naturally organised, calm under pressure and motivated by delivering exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

-
Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to the Academy & Residency Operations Assistant and Visitor Hosts when required.

Respond calmly and confidently to changing priorities and operational challenges while protecting the guest experience.
About you
You are someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes while creating positive experiences for others. You build trust quickly, communicate confidently with people at all levels and remain composed when plans change.
