Opportunities to join a brand-new dealership don't come around often.
We're looking for an experienced Parts Manager who is excited by the prospect of building a team, shaping a culture and growing a Parts operation.
This isn't about stepping into a well-established department and maintaining the status quo. It's an opportunity to help create something from the beginning — establishing strong foundations, developing a high-performing team and building a Parts business that becomes a trusted partner to customers across the region.
Working closely with the Service, Sales and dealership leadership teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence the future success of the dealership while fostering a workplace built on collaboration, safety and exceptional customer service.
You'll play a key role in
- Leading and developing a small Parts team while creating a positive and collaborative culture
- Establishing a strong safety-first environment and maintaining high operational standards
- Growing the Parts business and identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships
- Working closely with Service, Sales and dealership leadership to support overall business success
- Driving inventory performance, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coaching and mentoring team members to build capability and support future growth
What you'll bring
- Previous leadership experience within a dealership Parts department
- Strong knowledge of parts operations, inventory management and customer service
- A proven track record of developing people and delivering business results
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Commercial acumen and a passion for identifying opportunities for growth
- A commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement
- Experience within the commercial vehicle, automotive, truck, agricultural or heavy equipment industries will be highly regarded
Why join us
