Catalano Interiors, located at 160 Fulham Road, Alphington, VIC 3078, is a family-
run business with over 50 years of experience in the furniture industry. We are
dedicated to offering high-quality, stylish pieces that transform a house into a home.
Our Alphington location, situated in the North East of Melbourne, is the first outlet
store open to the public, featuring a variety of factory seconds and clearance furniture
and homewares.
Position: Customer Service Manager (Full-time)
We are seeking:
A highly professional, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with the relevant
qualifications and experience to join our team as a full-time Customer Service
Manager.
Skills and Experience:
Proven supervisory and management abilities
Ability to directly supervise and lead staff
High-level customer service skills demonstrating courtesy and empathy
Understanding of business management and customer experience optimization
Computer literacy
Strong interactive and communication skills
Conflict management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Keen eye for detail and ability to elevate service standards
Qualifications:
Australian Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher in a relevant field
Experience in customer service is desirable
Computer knowledge is desirable
Remuneration:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of $75,000 to $95,000 plus
superannuation.
