As our POS Operations Coordinator, you'll support the Venue Operations Finance Supervisor in ensuring our POS systems operate seamlessly across race days and events. Combining hospitality operations, technology, and reporting, you'll help keep systems event-ready, support frontline teams, and provide valuable operational insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of POS systems and hardware.

Providing hands-on POS support during race days and major events.

Coordinating system updates, product maintenance, and integrations.

Assisting with POS reporting, analysis, and operational insights.

Delivering POS training and support to Front of House teams.
To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

Minimum 2 years of hospitality, events, or multi-site operational experience.

Exposure to computerised stock control & purchasing procedures
-
Experience with POS systems such as Task Retail, MICROS, or similar.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
-
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to troubleshooting and support.
-
High attention to detail and confidence working with data.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
-
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, as travel between venues may be required.
