Wok Chef — Soi 25 Pyrmont
Thursday–Saturday dinner service | $34/hr
Soi 25 is a hatted Thai restaurant in Pyrmont looking for a Wok Chef to own the wok section across our three busiest services of the week.
You'll run high-volume wok through dinner service. Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are our top sellers, sitting alongside a broader stir-fry and rice section across the menu. This is a specialist role — we need someone who can hold speed and consistency under pressure without losing the breath of the wok.
What we need:
- Minimum 3 years in a busy wok section
- Confident holding the section through peak service
- Real Thai wok technique — heat control, timing, seasoning balance
- Clean, reliable, self-directed
What we offer:
