About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role
Join a small, high-performing Office of the CEO at the Coroners Court of Victoria, where your work directly supports the delivery of essential services to the community. This is a pivotal role providing confidential, high-quality executive support to the CEO and CCoV Executive Team.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll proactively anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across executive operations. You'll be trusted with sensitive information and act as a key liaison with senior leaders, judicial officers, and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities

Provide professional, confidential executive support to the CEO and senior leaders

Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and communications with sound judgement

Coordinate meetings, committees, and events (agendas, papers, minutes, follow-ups)

Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations
-
Monitor priorities, deadlines, and action items to keep leaders prepared
-
Coordinate travel and support office operations, including supplies and catering
-
Liaise on facilities and building maintenance matters
-
Maintain intranet content and administrative systems
-
Build strong stakeholder relationships across government, judiciary, and partners
-
Contribute to projects and broader organisational initiatives

Provide backfill support to the Executive Officer to the State Coroner

Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a legal or public sector environment

Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
