About Pixel Boss
Pixel Boss is an Australian technology company building innovative customer engagement products that connect brands directly with their audiences. Our flagship platform, SWiiFT Studio, powers interactive campaigns, digital memberships, loyalty experiences and customer engagement solutions for businesses across hospitality, retail and entertainment. We're looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator who can help tell our story across digital platforms while supporting our growing portfolio of brands and clients.
About the Role
We're looking for a Content Creator to help bring the SWiiFT Studio brand to life. This is a hands-on, end-to-end content role — planning, filming, editing, writing and publishing content that showcases our product, engages our audience, and helps build our presence across channels. You'll create content that promotes SWiiFT Studio to prospective clients and members alike, capturing the value of the platform in a way that's authentic, engaging and easy to understand. You'll work closely with the team to identify the best stories to tell and the best moments to capture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create short-form video and written content showcasing SWiiFT Studio across social, web and marketing channels
- Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, landing pages, case studies and sales collateral
- Manage and post content across social media channels, keeping a consistent publishing schedule
- Translate product features and benefits into simple, engaging storytelling
- Capture authentic content from live client environments and campaigns
- Develop a consistent visual and tonal identity for SWiiFT content
- Collaborate with the team to plan a content calendar and prioritise what to create
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting and production
About You
You're someone who:
- Loves creating content
- Understands what performs on social media
- Can take an idea and turn it into polished content quickly
- Is comfortable filming, editing and publishing your own work
- Has strong design instincts and attention to detail
- Is proactive, organised and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Keeps up with emerging content trends and AI tools
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated skill in both video (filming and editing) and copywriting — this is a dual-skill role, not one or the other
- Confident with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar
- Experience managing and posting to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
- Strong storytelling instincts, with the ability to make a product or feature genuinely engaging
- Experience creating content for a SaaS, tech or digital product highly regarded
- Self-starter, comfortable working part-time/contract with the flexibility to scale up as the workload grows
What You'll Get
- Work on exciting technology and consumer-facing products
- Opportunity to create content that reaches national audiences
- Access to events, product launches and industry activations
- Collaborative and creative team environment
- Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving Australian technology company
