About Us
Basis Commercial Projects is a leading commercial installation company specialising in hospitals, schools, aged care facilities, offices and large-scale commercial fit-outs across NSW.
We work alongside some of Australia's largest builders, delivering high-quality furniture installation, logistics and project support services.
As our project pipeline continues to grow, we're looking to build a reliable pool of casual workers who are available to work across a variety of upcoming projects.
About the Role
This is not just a one-off position. We're looking for motivated people who want to become part of our casual workforce and be offered work as projects become available.
Work may include:
- Commercial furniture installation
- Office and education fit-outs
- Hospital furniture installation
- Flat-pack assembly
- Deliveries and unloading
- Warehouse duties
- General site labour
- Assisting installers and tradespeople
- Moving and positioning furniture and equipment
- Using basic hand and power tools
We're Looking For People Who:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Are reliable and punctual
- Can work well within a team
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Can follow instructions and work safely
- Are physically fit and capable of manual handling
Preferred (but not essential)
- White Card
- Driver's Licence
- Own transport
- Experience installing commercial furniture
- Joinery or carpentry experience
- Experience on commercial construction sites
