MustCare Algester Vet is looking for an experienced Senior Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Algester, Brisbane South.
The role:
- Full-time preferred, but genuinely open to the right person
- 3+ years’ experience preferred
- Must have existing right to work in Australia
- Pay from $32 to $38 per hour, depending on experience
You’ll be confident across:
- Surgery preparation and anaesthetic monitoring
- Dental procedures
- Hospital patient care and treatment support
- Supporting and mentoring junior nurses
- Working closely with vets during high-pressure moments
- Client communication and clinical record keeping

About the clinic:
We’re a busy but close-knit practice located in a local strip of shops on the Algester and Calamvale border. There is coffee, a bakery, eateries, a grocer and a post office nearby.
There is also a childcare centre next door, which may be helpful if you are juggling family logistics.
