We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful applicant should hold at least Diploma degree in hospitality and have at least 3 years relevant work experience. You should be an outstanding team player, helpful, reliable and have the skill set and experience to perform the following duties:
The duties and responsibilities for the position of Restaurant Manager
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Planning and organizing special functions and events
- Managing staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance
- Creating and managing staff rosters and labour costs
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and occupational health & safety regulations
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling inventory
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth

We are looking for an experienced Chef to work in our restaurant. The position offered is permanent full-time position and the Chef will be required to work late evenings, weekends and public holiday.
The successful applicant should hold qualification in commercial Cookery and have at least 3 years relevant work experience. You should be an outstanding team player, helpful, reliable and have the skill set and experience to perform the following duties:
The duties and responsibilities for the position of Chef.
- Plan and design authentic Lebanese menus, including daily specials, while estimating food and labour costs
- Oversee preparation and cooking of traditional dishes (e.g., grills, mezze, and baked items) ensuring consistency and quality
- Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain restaurant standards
- Manage stock ordering, supplier coordination, and inventory control to minimize wastage
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on Lebanese cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and council regulations
- Coordinate with management and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in preserving and storing food in line with operational requirements

- Examine and select fresh ingredients to maintain quality and authenticity of Lebanese cuisine
- Prepare and cook dishes such as mezze, charcoal meats, shawarma, and mixed grills
- Operate and regulate grills, charcoal ovens, and other kitchen equipment
- Marinate and season food using traditional Lebanese herbs and spices
- Portion and present meals for dine-in, takeaway, and buffet service
- Store food safely in temperature-controlled facilities and follow food safety standards
- Prepare food for dietary requirements including halal and vegetarian options
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Assist with stock control, food preparation, and support junior staff
