Role: Process Worker – Casual
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our growing manufacturing team during busy production periods.
This is a casual position with consistent weekday hours and the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role for the right candidate.
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4pm (1:30pm Fridays) + OT when busy

About the Role:
As a Process Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our production operations, ensuring products are packed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging products into cartons and shippers, and stacking finished goods onto pallets
- Performing fast-paced assembly, packing, and production line work
- Meeting production targets and deadlines
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment in accordance with company procedures and regulations
- Assisting with the operation of automated machinery and production equipment
- Following work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements
- Working effectively within a team to support production goals
- Remaining adaptable under pressure and responding positively to feedback
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or process work experience (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Physical fitness and the ability to safely lift heavy items when required
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
- Valid working rights in Australia

Pay rate is as per current award wage, dependant on experience and age.
