Growing business committed to continuous improvement and innovation
Drive Transformation. Build Capability. Deliver Results.
We're ready to take performance to the next level, and we're looking for someone to lead the way. That’s why we’ve created a new Continuous Improvement Lead role.
This isn’t about maintaining an existing CI program, it’s about building one.
We're looking for someone who gets excited by walking into a production environment, spotting what others miss, asking the right questions and bringing people together to solve problems that matter. Someone who can turn data into action and ideas into results.
About Us
Since 1969, BE Campbell has grown into one of Australia's largest family-owned meat businesses, supplying leading supermarkets, retailers and food service customers.
With more than 700 employees across three Western Sydney sites, we're driven by a simple purpose: Enriching lives through wholesome food, while staying true to our family values and people-first culture.
What will you own?
You’ll be the driving force behind operational improvement across our meat manufacturing site.
One day you'll be leading a root cause investigation into a recurring production issue. The next, you'll be helping a frontline team redesign a process that's costing hours of productivity each week.
You'll lead improvements across safety, food safety, quality, yield, labour productivity, equipment reliability, waste reduction and customer service performance.
Most importantly, you'll help build the capability and confidence of our teams to solve problems themselves.
What success will look like
After 12 months, you'll have:
-
Established a trusted and visible improvement program across the site
-
Built a pipeline of opportunities aligned to business priorities
-
Delivered measurable gains in productivity, yield, reliability and waste reduction
-
Led strategic improvement and investment projects from concept through to implementation
-
Embedded stronger problem-solving capability and a culture of ownership across operational teams
What you'll bring
We're less interested in how many Lean certificates you have and more interested in what you've improved.
You may come from food manufacturing, FMCG, meat processing, logistics, packaging, industrial manufacturing, or another fast-paced operational environment.
What matters is that you've:
-
Led meaningful operational improvement initiatives
-
Used data to identify opportunities and drive decisions
-
Influenced and engaged people at all levels of a business
-
Delivered measurable operational and financial outcomes
-
Built trust on the floor, not just in meeting rooms
-
Coached teams through change and embedded new ways of working
You know how to challenge respectfully, simplify complexity and maintain momentum.
Why this role is different
This is a newly created role with the opportunity to shape continuous improvement across the site. You'll partner with leaders, drive meaningful projects and build capability within teams.
If you're passionate about improving processes and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
