In this role you’ll:
Lead the delivery of high-impact engagement, education and partnership initiatives that improve outcomes for communities across NSW, while driving cultural and capability uplift through periods of change.
Build and sustain influential relationships across government, education, industry, regulatory, enforcement, advocacy and community sectors to foster collaboration, trust and shared outcomes.
Provide authentic leadership to a multidisciplinary team, developing future capability, championing continuous improvement and embedding a culture of accountability, inclusion and professional integrity.
Represent the organisation at senior forums and stakeholder networks, effectively influencing priorities, building consensus and navigating complex and sometimes competing interests.
Translate community and stakeholder insights into strategic initiatives, ensuring programs are innovative, evidence-informed and deliver meaningful social impact.

About You
You are a strategic and people-focused leader with significant experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, communications, education, policy or community-focused programs within a complex organisation.
You have successfully led teams through change, delivering cultural transformation and capability uplift while maintaining engagement, performance and wellbeing. Your ability to build trusted relationships across government, education, industry, regulatory, enforcement, advocacy and community sectors allows you to influence outcomes and bring diverse groups together around a common purpose.
You are an exceptional communicator and negotiator with strong strategic thinking, sound judgement and unwavering professional integrity. Relevant tertiary qualifications, complemented by substantial leadership experience, will position you for success in this highly visible and influential role.
