Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Assist with food preparation, stock control, and ordering
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service
- Experience with Lebanese breakfast is a bonus
