VBC West is the largest Vodafone Business Centre in Australia, operating across VIC, NSW, SA, WA, and QLD. We specialise in providing tailored mobility and connectivity solutions to Australian businesses.
We are looking for an experienced tele-appointer to join our Victorian team based in Laverton North. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from the telecommunications industry who thrives on results and wants to be part of a high-performing, national team.
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads (data provided)
- Booking high-quality appointments for our business sales consultants
- Achieving and exceeding set KPIs to unlock lucrative bonuses
- Updating CRM with call outcomes and customer information
- Proven experience in a tele-appointer or outbound sales role within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and bonus earnings
- A team player who takes ownership and pride in their results
