Senior Hairdresser – Full-Time | Just Cuts Booragoon
Just Cuts Booragoon is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time permanent basis.
We are looking for a passionate hairdresser who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality hair cutting and styling services in a busy salon environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, shampooing and blow-drying services.
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional salon environment.
- Recommend and sell professional hair care products.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve business goals.
- Mentor junior team members where required.
Essential requirements:
- Certificate III in Hairdressing (or overseas equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' relevant hairdressing experience.
- Excellent cutting and styling skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible rostered hours.
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
