What's on Offer
- Salary range between $93,558 - $107,797 p.a. (plus $12k pro rata cost of living allowance).

About the Position
The Executive Assistant (Community Development) provides high-level administrative support to the Director Community Development while also assisting the broader directorate to ensure efficient and effective operations.
This varied role is ideal for a highly organised administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and providing exceptional support across a range of functions.
This position is responsible for:
- Providing executive and administrative support to the Director Community Development.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation.
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Organising travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.
- Monitoring and maintaining directorate records, documentation and filing systems.
- Assisting with financial administration, including credit card reconciliations and tracking operational documentation.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing guidance and support to administration staff and assisting the wider team as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant, administration or similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills, including report and correspondence preparation.
- High levels of accuracy in record keeping, data entry and document management.
- A professional and customer-focused approach to stakeholder interactions.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
