We're looking for a highly capable Recruiter to support hiring across our corporate functions in a competitive and specialised talent market. While this is a generalist corporate role, there will be a strong focus on Legal, Commercial and Risk positions, so experience recruiting in these areas — or engaging credibly with these candidate markets — will be highly valued. This role requires someone who can build strong talent pipelines, anticipate organisational needs, and partner effectively with senior stakeholders across the business. You'll play a critical role in securing top-tier corporate talent — often for hard-to-fill, business-critical positions — ensuring our teams have the right expertise, at the right time, to support the continued growth of the organisation.
This role requires strong judgement, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance quality of hire with pace — effectively supporting a growing and evolving corporate function.
