Dental Receptionist – Orthodontics
We’re looking for a warm, friendly and organised Receptionist to join our orthodontic team. As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. If you’re personable, reliable and bring a positive attitude to everything you do, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a 4-day-per-week role working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, across our practices in Rockingham, Winthrop and Harrisdale.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Managing and updating patient records and treatment histories
- Handling administrative tasks including payments, filing, and insurance claims
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception and waiting area
- Liaising with our other practices to ensure smooth coordination
- Discussing treatment plans and associated costs with patients
- Assisting with social media marketing
- Providing occasional chair-side or sterilisation support (full training provided)
