What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee corporate legal services and day-to-day legal operations.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and legal documents.
- Support business leaders with legal risk management and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal advisers on corporate matters.
- Develop and improve legal processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor legislative changes and recommend appropriate business responses.
- Prepare legal reports and maintain accurate corporate legal records.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the legal services team while promoting professional excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate law, legal advisory, compliance, governance, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous management or leadership experience within a legal environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant legal qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
