○ Requirement for Ideal Candidate:
· At least a Diploma Degree in relation to Building or Construction major is a must,
· Highly proficient in English (mandatory) and mandarin speaking skills in business context is a must;
· At least 5 years’ full-time proven experience as a Building Associate, Site Coordinator, or Building Construction Supervisor in a construction company in managing small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, industrial or multi-residential sectors;
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal proficiency in MS Office and project management software;
· Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications;
· Has vast experience working with large consultant teams, contractors, subcontractors, sales agent, investors and tenants;
○ Detailed Responsibilities of this position:
l Be responsible for planning and scheduling on the construction site, managing project timelines and sequencing works efficiently.
l Support day-to-day site operations and coordinate all matters to assist construction managers.
l Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide daily operations, and supervise the implementation situation regularly.
l Ensuring all trade and site staff have the most accurate and up-to-date information.
l Collaborate with design teams to contribute to the development of comprehensive design packages, aligning them with project goals and requirements.
l Assist in preparing preliminary sketches including detailed 2D and 3D renderings create in CAD or working drawings to ensure that we are on the same page with our client’s vision, formulate detailed specifications according to different projects.
l Oversee the execution of daily site work in alignment with the SIDG construction program. And work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and project team to plan and continually assess project progress.
l Strategically allocate resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimise project efficiency.
l Regularly inspecting sites to ensure workmanship and materials meets building codes, safety standards, and client expectations.
l Be responsible for making estimation of the overall budget and time commitment for projects, report to Manager when the budget is exceeded or the time limit is reached.
l Be responsible for collecting accurate construction data with instruments or photogrammetric equipment.
l Analyze and conduct computation to generate preliminary data for reference.
Pay: $86,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
