Ezaal Health Care is a locally owned healthcare staffing agency based in Bendigo, providing Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers and other healthcare professionals to hospitals, aged care facilities and community services across regional Victoria.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced in Marketing Manager to help grow our business, strengthen client relationships and expand our presence across Victoria.

About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new healthcare clients and support staff recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
- Build relationships with hospitals, aged care providers and healthcare organisations.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare, coordinate and submit tender documents and expressions of interest (EOIs) for government and private healthcare contracts.
- Monitor tender opportunities and maintain compliance with tender requirements.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and online marketing.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
- Assist with branding, promotional materials and community events.
- Analyse marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with management to achieve business growth objectives.
- Travel throughout regional Victoria to meet prospective and existing clients when required.
- Prepare marketing reports and business development plans.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in marketing, sales or business development in healthcare sector.
- Previous experience within a nursing agency, healthcare recruitment agency or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in preparing and managing government and private sector tenders is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and tender documentation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing and online advertising.
- Experience developing marketing strategies that generate business growth.
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Current Victorian Driver Licence and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Desirable
- Experience working with hospitals, aged care providers or healthcare organisations.
- Knowledge of healthcare procurement and tender portals (e.g. HealthShare Victoria, VendorPanel, Buying for Victoria or similar).
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Graphic design or content creation skills.
- SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads experience.

Salary
Depending on experience and qualifications:
- $45–$60 per hour + Super
- Performance bonus based on business growth.
- Alternatively, experienced candidates may be considered on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
