Cleaning & Sanitation
- Operate industrial dishwashers, wash glassware, and clean general utensils.
- Sanitize countertops, cooking equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Empty trash receptacles, manage waste, and clean floors.
Stock Control & Logistics
- Receive, check, and unpack food deliveries.
- Rotate stock to prevent waste and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Transfer and store supplies in designated fridges, freezers, and pantries.
Skills & Requirements
- Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safe food handling, hygiene, and sanitation policies.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads and spend extended periods on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize duties during busy service time
