About the role
Chow Thai is seeking a passionate and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team in our restaurant located in kings Langley, NSW. This is where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our dining operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
- Delivering food and beverages to customers with care and attention to detail
- Ensuring tables are cleared, reset and maintained to a high standard
- Assisting with side duties such as restocking, cleaning and general restaurant upkeep
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting preferred, however, not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including an understanding of Thai cuisine
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be available on Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday.
