Registered Nurse (RN) – Support At Home
Altruistic Nursing and Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home care client in Quakers Hill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, person-centred nursing care in the client's home
- Monitor blood pressure and other vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with transfers and mobility
- Support skin care, including eczema management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work in accordance with AHPRA standards and best practice
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care or aged care preferred)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
Location: Quakers Hill (Support at Home Client)
Shifts: Monday & Tuesday – 2 hours per shift
Job Type: Fixed term
Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
