THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Contract and Leasing Officer to join our highly skilled team within our Finance and Administration division.
Reporting to the Contracts and Billings Manager, your main responsibility will be to create and maintain contracts in system for Purchased & Leased devices (CAM & FISCAL) within parameters to ensure output replicates signed customer agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase contracts and leases, including creation, maintenance, amendments, and terminations
- Accurately interpret contract types and conditions, translating them into CAM and Fiscal systems in line with compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are captured and delivered in line with FBAU policies
- Provide timely, professional responses to queries while maintaining a strong customer-first approach
- Identify risks, exceptions, and discrepancies, and work with management to implement effective solutions
- Monitor, reconcile, and validate contract data, installations, and invoicing outputs to ensure accuracy and continuous process improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Solid understanding of finance and leasing principles, with experience in invoicing or contract-based environments
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with strong system and process orientation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to identify risks and assess contract impacts
- Strong organisational skills, including time management, multitasking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
