About the role
We are seeking a reliable, professional limousine (booked hire vehicle) driver to provide aircrew transport between Newcastle Airport (NTL) and the city. This is a dependable, repeat run with set bookings — perfect for a current Uber or rideshare driver who wants locked-in, scheduled work to fill out their week rather than chasing trips.
You will collect and drop off airline crew on a consistent daily schedule, delivering a safe, punctual and presentable service every time.
The run
- Approximately 4 trips per day — split between morning and evening shifts.
- Operates 7 days a week (roster-based; regular, predictable timings).
- Indicative times: early-morning pick-ups and evening return runs to align with aircrew shifts. (Exact pick-up times to be confirmed on offer.)
- Short, direct airport-to-city legs — no long-haul, no all-day sitting around.

NSW legal requirements
This is a booked hire vehicle role regulated under the NSW Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016. To drive, you must:
- Hold an unrestricted Australian driver licence (not a learner or provisional/probationary licence), held for at least 12 months in the preceding 4 years.
- Meet the medical standards for commercial vehicle drivers — typically shown by having the Passenger Transport (PT) Code added to your NSW licence via Service NSW.
- Pass driver eligibility checks, including a criminal history / background check and driving record check — you must have no disqualifying offences, and must not have had a passenger transport driver authority refused or cancelled in the past 10 years.
- Satisfy the safety and eligibility standards set by the booking service provider (we will guide successful applicants through verification).
