About the Role:
As an Elite Football (Soccer) Coach, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of young soccer stars. You’ll work with players aged 5-14, delivering top-quality training sessions that focus on technical, tactical, and physical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players
- Maintain a positive and supportive coaching environment
- Assist with team admin and organisation
- Participate in coaching workshops and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- FFA C Licence or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Minimum of 2-3 years of coaching experience at a youth level
- Strong understanding of soccer tactics, techniques, and player development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to player development
