About the Role
ANNEES® is seeking a Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator to be the production engine of the ANNEES® brand, based at our Head Office in Cairns. You'll make the content that puts ANNEES® in front of new guests and keeps existing guests coming back.
You'll work in the Brand and Growth pod alongside the Marketing Manager, shooting, editing, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. You'll own the content calendar and day-to-day management of ANNEES® social channels, and use performance data to continually improve what you make.
What You'll Do
Content Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and static content to a professional standard, from scripting through to final edit
- Capture content at brand activations, pop-up events, and new venue openings, including internal training and induction materials
Social Media Management
- Own day-to-day management of ANNEES® social channels, scheduling and publishing content against the content calendar
- Monitor comments and community engagement, escalating guest feedback to the Marketing Manager, and maintain a structured content library
Performance and Reporting
- Monitor content performance across platforms and report insights to the Marketing Manager
- Analyse campaign data and recommend updates to content formats, cadence, and platform strategy
Campaign and Loyalty Support
- Produce content for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity as briefed
- Support new venue pre-launch audience building and contribute creative ideas to campaign planning
Brand and Compliance
- Ensure all content aligns with ANNEES® brand guidelines and follows the content approval process
- Adhere to privacy, consent, and intellectual property requirements in all content production
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation, digital media production, or social media marketing
- Demonstrated experience creating, scheduling, and publishing marketing content on Instagram and TikTok
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InShot, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content production tools, used within brand guidelines and copyright requirements
- Experience analysing digital marketing performance data and translating insights into content recommendations
- Strong creative instinct for experience-led storytelling for a lifestyle and hospitality audience
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brand environments preferred
Employment Conditions
- Ordinary hours: 38 hours per week, with flexibility required to attend brand activations, venue openings, and events outside standard business hours
- Probationary period: 6 months from commencement date
- Award/Agreement: As per individual employment contract and applicable Modern Award

Pay: $79,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
