Responsibilities:
- Packing, wrapping, and moving items: This includes safely packing all types of items like appliances, furniture, and personal stuff to avoid any damage during transport.
- Loading and unloading the removal truck: This involves smartly placing items in the truck to maximize space, and carefully unloading them at the destination.
- Disassembling and reassembling furniture: Some furniture might need to be taken apart for easier and safer transport and then reassembled at the new place.
- Securing items during transport: This includes using straps, padding, and other safety measures to keep items stable and undamaged during transport.
- Providing customer service: This involves answering customer questions, addressing their concerns, and updating them on the moving process. Good customer service skills are required.
