Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology projects and programs.
- Define, manage, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure effective governance, compliance, and adherence to project management standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to leadership teams.
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies while promoting continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful project outcomes that deliver measurable business value.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships where required.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing project delivery environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience delivering Integration, Infrastructure, or Supply Chain Technology projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple project streams.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to drive project delivery while balancing operational stability and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience within Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Transport Technology environments.
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
