About the Role
The Senior Advisor, Quality and RTO Compliance role is responsible for supporting the continuous improvement, quality assurance and regulatory compliance of learning and assessment across Triple Zero Victoria (TZV).
The role is responsible for the quality and compliance functions associated with TZV’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO), including regulatory compliance, audit readiness, validation and moderation, quality assurance, continuous improvement and regulatory reporting.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Deliver and measure TZV’s people strategy to ensure complete alignment with overarching business goals.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver commercial, high-quality P&C advice on generalist matters and performance management.
- Provide hands-on, on-site support to leaders for recruitment, employee wellbeing, and performance processes.
- Lead portfolio people planning and learning initiatives, collaborating with Workforce Operations to achieve recruitment targets.
- Drive employee growth through regular coaching, effective appraisals, development plans, and targeted performance improvement processes.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain an appropriate qualification relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
- Demonstrated experience in learning quality assurance, learning evaluation, RTO compliance, vocational education and training, or a comparable learning governance environment.
- Demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to learning, assessment, capability or organisational performance.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in RTO compliance, regulatory requirements, audit preparation and quality assurance processes.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting data and evidence to identify trends, risks, systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.
