Seeking Expressions of Interest from compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Associate Nurse Unit Managers (ANUMs) to join our rural health service team. These roles offer the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across acute and residential aged care.
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who have:

Tertiary qualifications and current registration under the National Health Professions Registrations Act

Broad generalist nursing experience in acute and aged care

Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and ability to provide evidence based and clinically effective aged care

Good communication skills and a commitment to teamwork

Demonstrated commitment to establishing a continuum of care model for patients and residents

Commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and person-centred care
-
Proven understanding of the role and value of healthcare organisations in a rural environment (desirable)
