We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Analyst to join our growing technology team. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a high standard of IT service delivery.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding user support.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications
- Create, modify, and manage user accounts and permissions
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions
- Assist with employee onboarding by preparing equipment and user accounts
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory and user account administration
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
