As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our professional workshop team.
The Role
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of various heavy vehicle makes and models. You will work in a well-equipped facility with access to modern diagnostic tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine logbook servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in diesel engines.
- Conducting inspections for Roadworthy Certificates (RWC) and safety compliance.
- Repairing and replacing components including brakes, suspension, transmissions, and steering.
- Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex engine issues.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Diesel Mechanic on trucks and heavy vehicles.
- Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Licence: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Attitude: A strong commitment to workshop safety and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
