We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Program Manager to orchestrate delivery across this environment — someone who has already led complex, enterprise-scale programs and knows how to drive outcomes across multiple interdependent streams.
You’ll be accountable for ensuring multiple concurrent technology programs can plan, align and deliver effectively within a shared, high‑contention enterprise environment — balancing competing priorities, managing dependencies, and protecting delivery outcomes at scale.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how large-scale programs execute — embedding discipline, cadence and governance that enables consistent delivery across the portfolio.
What will I be doing?
- Drive program delivery across a complex, shared environment and coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple interdependent programs within the integration environment
- Manage cross-program dependencies, risks and sequencing to enable safe and efficient delivery
- Ensure alignment of delivery plans, milestones and release schedules across competing priorities
- Provide clear visibility of delivery progress, risks and constraints to senior stakeholders
- Translate complexity into structured plans and actionable insights
- Influence program leaders, delivery teams and stakeholders across the portfolio
- Bring structure, cadence control and establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting rhythms and execution discipline
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across teams, environments and processes
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting and delivery execution
We’re looking for proven, hands-on Senior Program Managers — leaders who have delivered complex programs and know how to execute in high‑pressure enterprise environments.
Essential Ingredients for Success …
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi‑stream technology programs at enterprise level
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise testing or integration environment transformations
- Deep expertise in defect triage, test coordination, and complex dependency management
- Strong track record managing competing priorities across multiple delivery streams
- Importantly, you bring clarity to complexity — aligning teams around a single delivery plan and making them accountable and outcomes-focused.
