About the role
Youthworks Conference Centres is seeking Guest Relation Assistants for our team at Port Hacking, situated in the beautiful Royal National Park, just outside Sutherland. This casual role offers flexible shifts to service seven day a week operations. Your key role will be contributing to our guests satisfaction, through providing high quality meal service to Youthworks’ standards.

Flexible shifts, no more late nights! Most evening shifts finish at 8pm
Supportive workplace with waterfront views, we are literally on the shoreline
Your responsibilities
Provide high quality meal service to our guests
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining room
You will need to demonstrate
A passion for serving people and a willingness to learn new skills
Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service
An ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes
A strong work ethos with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage your time well
A willingness to work within an overtly Christian environment and with an Anglican organisation
What we would really like you to have
A personal Christian faith
Experience in hospitality and/or customer service
Drivers Licence
Additional information
Own transport is essential as there is no public transport anywhere near the Port Hacking Conference Centres.
