We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our brand-new café in Balwyn.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy, welcoming, and community-focused café. Our café offers a vibrant and engaging environment where quality coffee, great service, and positive customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
- Full-time position - immediate start!
- Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Monday to Saturday (days can be flexible if required. Possibility for a second barista role if need be)
- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, bustling café environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
About You
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confident in all aspects of coffee preparation and service
- Friendly, personable, and professional
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Able to thrive in a busy and engaging environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
