We are seeking a proactive, organised and highly motivated Senior Team Coordinator to join our team in our Sydney Studio. This pivotal role will provide comprehensive support to the local and regional leadership team, across our APAC region, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and across multiple projects. From managing diaries to coordinating project and bid documentation, you'll be the backbone of administrative efficiency in a dynamic and creative environment.
Candidates should be organised, self-motivated, and commercially astute, with a strong focus on forward planning and an aptitude for finding solutions to any challenge. The successful candidate shall also be able to display an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and an understanding of Purcell's projects and culture.

Your key responsibilities will be as below, but not limited to:
Diary & Meeting Coordination
-
Support the management of Senior Leadership calendars and inboxes
-
Schedule regional internal and external meetings, ensuring timely communication, actions and follow-ups
Regional Studio Support
-
Support Regional Partner in day-to-day management of the regional studios, keeping internal databases up to date, adherence to organisational standards/procedures both project and practice including internal and external ISO audits

Provide regional people support, with assistance from our inhouse HR department, including welfare of the region

Organise regional staff onboarding and inductions including coordination of practice training and continued professional development

Support regional productivity/profitability through effective forecasting and utilisation

Support the regional teams financial and resource tracking and reporting as required. Ensuring they are utilising our systems to their full capability

Encourage positive initiatives and team building activities
Regional Work Winning Support

Support the preparation of fee proposals and bids

Support the work winning teams BD actions and activity
Local Project Administration Support

Assist in the preparation and distribution of stage reports, presentations, and other project outputs

Support sub-consultant onboarding and monitoring

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
-
Risk Management and quality control: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution, work with the team to develop strategies to mitigate risks, proactively address issues that may arise, ensure standards are met through conducting quality assurance review, implement, and enforce quality control processes.
General Administrative Support

Assist with travel arrangements, expenses, and other operational tasks

Oversee regional studio budgets to support local Business Leads
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar support role

Document control proficiency using Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero, or CMap
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite to support the preparation of bids/presentations and compiling client reports

Proficient in CMap (or similar project management tools) and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approach

Commercially minded

Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels

High attention to detail, professional demeanour, and commercial awareness

Familiarity with architectural or design studio environments
