Jurien Bay Beach Café is a high‑volume coastal venue known for great coffee, fresh food, and friendly service. We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, drive daily operations, and uphold the warm, community-focused atmosphere our customers love.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café and restaurant operations
- Lead, train, roster, and support front‑of‑house and kitchen teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and workplace standards
- Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administration
- Support continuous improvement in workflow, service speed, and venue presentation
About You
- Proven hospitality management experience (café or restaurant)
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, practical, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable managing staff, systems, and customer expectations
- Available for a mix of weekdays and weekends

Pay: $58,843.22 – $88,400.02 per year
