Experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder

Flip Out Gladesville is looking for energetic and reliable experienced baristas to join our team!
Our café is right in the middle of a busy, fast-paced family entertainment venue, so we're looking for people who are confident behind the coffee machine, provide great customer service and are happy to get involved across the entire venue when needed.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing consistently high-quality coffees and beverages
- Café service and light kitchen duties / food preparation
- Taking customer orders and operating POS
- Maintaining a clean and organised café and kitchen area
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Assisting with birthday parties, events and functions
- Supporting the wider team with general venue operations as required
Availability
- Availability on BOTH Saturday and Sunday is essential
- Applicants must be available to work regularly across weekends
- Weekday shifts are very limited, so this role is best suited to someone looking for consistent weekend work
- School holiday availability is highly regarded
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confident working independently on a coffee machine during busy periods
- Friendly, energetic and customer-focused
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Willing to assist in all areas of the venue, not just the café
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) required for applicants aged 18+
- First Aid Certificate required for applicants aged 17+
