About the Role
We are seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker to provide personal care supports to an NDIS participant. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to duty of care.
Role Details (Please Read)
- Available Shift times: Friday afternoons (01:30 - 06:30 PM)
- Expectations: Punctuality and reliability are critical to avoid disruption of participant’s care routine.
- Opportunity: More hours may be offered as the participant progresses and feels more familiar with staff. We are seeking a committed and reliable candidate.
Key Duties
- Provide personal care supports: showering, toileting, continence care, meal preparation and medication administration.
- Follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and participant’s shift plan.
- Assist participant with transportation and community participation.
- Support participant to achieve their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records: timesheets, shift notes, incident/risk reports.
- Communicate honestly and transparently with the team and family.
- Remain vigilant about in-home and outdoor risks.
- Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and consistency at all times.
About You
You are a dependable, empathetic, and proactive support worker with:

- Commitment to participant safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $36.23 – $42.74 per hour
