About the Role – Barista
As our Barista, you'll be the energetic core of our coffee operations, joining our barista team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone who can manage the high demand of our bustling cafe with expertise, positivity, and a true passion for coffee culture. You’ll ensure every cup meets our quality standards, elevate customer experiences, and foster an upbeat atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities:
- Uphold top-quality standards in every espresso, latte, and pour-over served.
- Enhance the customer experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a lively, inviting environment.
- Represent our brand by embracing and promoting the values of coffee culture and Italian hospitality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years as a barista, with a deep understanding of speciality coffee preparation and service.
- Customer Engagement: A natural ability to connect with customers and keep up energy in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for Coffee: A genuine love for coffee culture and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
- Availability: Morning / Day Shifts, including weekends.

Work with the industry’s best tools, including a Kees Van Der Westen Spirit machine, Compak F10 grinder, Acaia Pearl scale, Pugpress Q2, and OCD coffee distributor, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.
