Redcape Hospitality is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join the team at Eden Brewhouse.
This is a casual opportunity offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts during busy periods. We're looking for someone who wants to become a valued, long-term member of our kitchen team.
No previous kitchen experience? No problem. If you've got a great attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play an important role in keeping our kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly. You'll support the chefs during service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
What You'll Do
- Wash, clean and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Assist with stock deliveries, storage and stock rotation
- Complete opening, closing and daily cleaning tasks
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
About You
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team
- Interested in building a long-term career in hospitality
- Availability to work a consistent rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential
