About the Position:
As part of our Regional Planning team in our Emerald Branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting the planning team with scheduling service requests, customer communication, daily, weekly, monthly tasks and reporting

System data maintenance- uphold meticulous and accurate records of all maintenance work, service history to preserve client’s compliance status.

Collating and entering of data, preparation of reports
-
Planning labour resources for execution of maintenance major/minor projects
-
Developing internal weekly maintenance plans in conjunction with site clients/contacts and their maintenance plans.

Working alongside branch supervisors to assess labour requirements for planned maintenance activities/projects.

Align maintenance plans with client requirements to minimise disruptions
-
Ensuring parts have been sourced and ordered in a timely manner prior to planned date to prevent hold ups.
About You:
You will be great at data entry and have a high level of attention for detail. You will also have:

Some experience within an administration position, preferably in a service environment

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
