Your Next Role
The Fitter’s mission is to provide technical support for the effective implementation of all aspects of the proactive maintenance strategy with a primary focus on identifying, planning and executing planned maintenance tasks.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production
- Preventative and corrective scheduled work is completed per weekly or outage schedule; we are here to serve our customers.
- Maintenance and production teams are supported to identify and plan preventative and corrective tasks that improve the safety, reliability and functionality of the plant.
- Maintenance and inspection work ensure mechanical safety, asset reliability, materials and spare parts availability, condition and operating capacity.
Tumbarumba
You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 90 minutes drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury.
About you
- Trade qualifications as a fitter within a similar industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in technical service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in lean manufacturing is beneficial, particularly problem-solving methodologies.
- First Aid Certificate or ability to acquire.
- Ability to work 24 hour rotating roster.
